Return and Warranty Policy
At JR Fast Digital Printing Inc, we strive to deliver the highest quality in all our digital printing and signage services.
1. Returns and Reprints (Warranty)
• We accept claims and reprints solely for manufacturing defects or material failures attributable to our production process.
• Any defect claims must be reported within 3 business days of receiving the order, along with photo evidence or the return of the defective item.
2. Custom Product Restrictions
• We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for custom-printed items or orders approved by the customer.
• We are not responsible for typographical, spelling, image resolution, or design errors approved by the customer prior to printing.
• Slight color variations inherent to digital printing processes are not considered manufacturing defects.
